These terms apply to thekaflow.com and the public demo at demo.thekaflow.com. Paying customers sign a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

1. The demo

The demo is for evaluation only. Its data is fictional, shared by all visitors and reset every night. Do not upload real personal data, and do not try to disrupt the demo for others. We may limit or block access that harms the service.

2. Information on this website

We describe the product as accurately as we can, but features, plans and prices may change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer until confirmed in a written quotation or agreement.

3. Calculations

ThekaFlow calculates wages, PF, ESI and other amounts from the data and settings you enter. The employer remains responsible for checking statutory compliance and payments.

4. Intellectual property

The ThekaFlow name, logo, software and website content belong to ThekaFlow. Customers own their own data.

5. Liability

The website and demo are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from their use.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
