Fill one form
Ek form, ek minute
Company name, the web address you want (for example abc-infra → abc-infra.thekaflow.com — we check it is free as you type), your name, mobile, email and a password. Your email becomes the Admin login.

We email a code that works for 15 minutes. Enter it and ThekaFlow creates your company — its own database, its own address — in a few seconds.

Open your Admin login
Aapka apna system taiyaar
yourname.thekaflow.com/admin/login with your email and password. Workers log in at /worker/login on the same address. We email these details too.
What the form asks
Company name · your web address (3–30 small letters, numbers or hyphens) · your name · mobile · email (your Admin login) · password (8+ characters). Nothing else — bank, GSTIN and sites come later, inside the app.

Questions about signing up
Is it really free, with no card?
Yes. The Lifetime Free plan has no time limit and no card: up to 25 workers and 1 site, with workers & KYC, Excel import, the monthly attendance sheet, holidays and leave. Payroll, the bank file and the worker app come with Starter — move up from Admin → Plan whenever you want; nothing is re-entered.
What address do I get?
yourname.thekaflow.com — you pick the name while signing up. On the Professional plan the app and your company website can run on your own domain, for example payroll.yourcompany.com.
Can I use one email for two companies?
One email makes one company. For a second company or GSTIN, write to info@thekaflow.com and we set it up.
I did not get the code.
Check spam, or press “Send the code again” on the same screen. The code expires after 15 minutes and 5 wrong tries — then start again. Still stuck? info@thekaflow.com.
I already have a company on ThekaFlow but forgot the address.
Use Find my login: enter your email and we send the address of every company where that email is a staff login. Workers should ask their supervisor for the company’s address.
Is my data safe on the Free plan?
The same as on every plan: a separate database for your company, Aadhaar stored encrypted, 2-step login for the Admin, an audit log of every change, and daily backups. Export to Excel any time.
