Security & data

Worker data is sensitive. We treat it that way.

Aadhaar, bank, salary — sab surakshit

Aadhaar is encrypted

Aadhaar numbers are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and looked up by a keyed hash. Screens show only the last 4 digits; the full number is visible only to roles with that permission, and every reveal is logged.

Your own database

Each company runs its own installation and database. Your workers’ data is never mixed with another contractor’s.

Roles and permissions

Admin, Supervisor and Finance roles; supervisors see only their own sites. The Admin decides who can see salary, bank details or Aadhaar.

Login protection

Wrong-password lock, network limits, alerts to the Admin on many failed logins, and 2-step login (authenticator app) for the Admin.

Audit log

Approvals, payroll, bank files, edits to workers and attendance — who did what and when is recorded.

Consent (DPDP)

Worker consent for storing personal data is recorded with the date. Documents are stored privately and served only to logged-in users with permission.

Backups and export

The database is backed up by the hosting provider; you can export your data any time.
