This policy explains what personal data ThekaFlow (“we”) collects through thekaflow.com and demo.thekaflow.com, and how data is handled in the installations we run for our customers. It is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) in mind.

1. Website and demo enquiries

When you fill the contact form or the demo form, we collect your name, email, mobile number, company name and your message, together with technical details (IP address, browser, the page you came from). We use these only to reply to you and to talk about ThekaFlow. We do not sell or rent this data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

2. Analytics

thekaflow.com uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful (pages visited, approximate location, device). Google may set cookies for this. You can block these cookies in your browser; the site works without them.

3. The demo

The demo uses a made-up company. All workers, Aadhaar numbers, bank accounts and salaries in it are fake. Anything you enter in the demo may be seen by other visitors and is deleted every night at 2 AM IST. Please do not enter real personal data in the demo.

4. Customer installations

For our customers, ThekaFlow processes worker data (identity, Aadhaar, bank, attendance, wages, PF / ESI) on the customer’s instructions. The customer (the contractor) is the Data Fiduciary for their workers’ data; we act as their Data Processor. Each customer has a separate database. Aadhaar numbers are stored encrypted. Worker consent is recorded in the app.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up, then deleted on request. Customer data is kept for the period of the contract and returned or deleted on its end, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@thekaflow.com. Workers of a customer should first contact their employer, who controls their data.
