Everything a contractor uses — in every plan

Workers & KYC. Aadhaar (encrypted), bank, UAN / ESIC, family & nominee, documents, police verification, gate pass — with Admin approval for new joiners.
Attendance (hazri). Monthly sheet per site with OT, half day, double duty, holidays and leave. Submit → verify → lock, with every change recorded.
Worker app (Hindi / English). Workers mark attendance with GPS, see earnings till today, salary slips, advances and leave — in Hindi or English.
Payroll, PF / ESI & slips. Earned wages from attendance, OT, paid leave and holidays; PF (deduct or on top), ESI, advance recovery; Hindi / English salary slips.
Advances (2-level). Worker asks in the app → Supervisor approves → Admin locks → bank file → paid. Limit checked against what the worker has earned.
Bank file & UTR. Bulk payment file in your bank’s format. Upload the bank’s status report — UTRs attach to every salary and advance.
Site expense fund. Money given to supervisors, expenses with bill and GST photo, cash advances to workers, returns — balance always visible.
Supplier (thekedar) portal. Each labour supplier logs in with mobile + PIN and sees their own workers, attendance and commission.
Client compliance. Form V wage slips from the client’s Form B, annexure for wage payment with UTR, Form B values, statutory accruals.
Company website & careers. Professional plan: your company website on your domain — services, projects, clients — with a careers page whose job posts and applications live in the app.
Roles, audit & security. Admin, Supervisor and Finance roles with fine-grained permissions, 2-step login, login lock and an audit log of every change.
